BRIEF: Design and typesetting for the monthly e-news magazine for RNZCGP. GP Pulse needs to be turned around quickly, be concise and vibrant, and technically accurate.
THE SOLUTION: We produce the magazine on a monthly basis at a set page rate. This requires a superior level of communication with the client to avoid overruns of time and cost. The end product has to look good and function correctly for all hyperlinks. The client is very happy and we have been producing GP Pulse for nearly two years.
Halcyon Design has a long history of design and production for medical material, starting with our training at ADIS Press Ltd, and working on through the launch of NZ Doctor Newspaper, dozens of custom projects for Medimedia NZ, and contunuing with work for HQSC, RNZCGP and local medical facilities here in Warkworth. We may not have followed in dad's footsteps and become GPs, but maybe this is the next best thing.
